Maintain various operations with regard to IT services and network troubleshooting; reduced complexity by eliminating redundant systems and introducing enterprise-class technologies and processes; initiate, implement & handle application software and system management tools; architect and implement customers network infrastructure; supervising the installation and configuration of Servers, Firewall NAS devices and system security. Direct all aspects of IT operations including hardware (server & network) management; applications management; software versions/patches; service level management; compliance (systems operation); back-up & contingency planning; customers network infrastructure and datacentre set-up; handle all client information security audits for the company encompassing access controls, enforcing policies, data security and privacy, on-site audits, code review and physical security.
