If the course or service you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 24 hours of your purchase of the course or service, apply for a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply for your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course or service (website, or mobile), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 24 hours guarantee time limit has passed. However, if a course or service you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 24 hours limit. NIJ also reserves the right to refund beyond the 24 hours limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course or service that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course or service, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course or service due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. It can take up to 7 working days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund.
